THE GRAND VATIKA
The 20,000 sq.ft. building is situated along NH-48. The facade is a dynamic, rippling surface that breathes new life into the surrounding urban environment. The landscape, interior, architectural space of the building has been designed to provide constant parametric stimulations to the guests from the moment they ride or walk into the hotel area to their entering to the lobby.
The facade and landscape are aesthetically integrated with the architectural expression of the hotel, creating a holistic approach to the building expression. The project was developed a dynamic facade system with the vision of challenging the static built environment against the dynamic natural environment.
